- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Boiling Water
- 1 cup Milk (any type)
- 2 tbsp Butter (Salted)
- 2 TBSP BTF Vanilla Coconut Sugar
- Add 1 cup Oats to 2 cups boiling water, bring back to a boil and stir constantly until water has reduced by half of the oats are looking thick.
- Add 1 cup Milk and continue stirring so milk doesn't scald.
- Ad 1 1/2 TBSP Butter and 2 TBSP Vanilla Coconut Sugar and stir.
- Don't let the oatmeal get too thick - you want it creamy!
- Spoon into bowls, add half of the remaining butter to each bowl, sprinkle with more Vanilla Coconut Sugar and top with a tablespoon of Milk.
