This sugar melts in your mouth, leaving a delicate vanilla essence layered with the buttery sweetness of coconut flower nectar. Like our ROC Brown Coconut Sugar, it begins with nectar hand-harvested from coconut blossoms, reduced over an open flame into caramel, then cooled and hand-granulated into soluble, unrefined sugar crystals. We then infuse the organic coconut sugar with organic vanilla extract, adding warmth, complexity, and a flavor that makes everything taste extraordinary!

 

FLAVOR PROFILE

Brown, toffee in color with a delicate vanilla essence layered over the buttery, caramel-like sweetness of coconut flower nectar. The flavor is warm, smooth and gently complex - never cloying - bringing notes of toffee and cream that dissolved cleanly on the palate.
