Let's be real — traditional teriyaki tastes terrific. That sweet-savory umami is a classic, but most teriyaki sauces on the shelf are weighed down with refined sugar, corn syrup and soy. The ones that aren't, usually lack the punch we crave.
We knew we could do better. So, we went back to our Indonesian roots and tapped the OG of sweet and umami: tamarind, coconut nectar and our signature Coco Aminos. Together with a little ginger and sesame oil, they create a harmonious balance of sweet-savory, without any refined sugar or soy!
