- 2.5 cups Big Tree Farms Powdered Coconut Sugar
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 6 TBSP Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- In a mixer with paddle attachment, beat the butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the Powdered Coconut Sugar, mixing until incorporated.
- Add heavy cream, salt and vanilla extract.
- Mix on low speed until the buttercream becomes light, fluffy, and pipeable.
- If needed, adjust the consistency with a little bit more cream.
