Directions
- Put 2 serving bowls in the freezer.
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend, starting on low and increasing to high, using the tamper to press the ingredients down into the blades. Begin with ¼ cup dairy-free milk and increase one tablespoon at a time as necessary (be careful not to add too much or you’ll end up with a smoothie, not a thick acai bowl).
- Immediately divide the acai mixture into chilled bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings! We suggest fresh fruit, granola, and coconut flakes!
