Tangy BBQ Sweet Potato Fries

white and/or orange sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp
avocado oil
2 tbsp
Big Tree Farms Organic Tangy BBQ Coco Aminos, plus more for dipping
2 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
granulated garlic
½ tsp
sea salt
2 tbsp
parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
½ cup
sliced scallion, for garnish

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. On a parchment lined baking sheet, toss sweet potato wedges with avocado oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Coco Aminos, chili powder, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, and sea salt. Drizzle over sweet potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Roast until tender and slightly charred, flipping hallway through, about 30-35 minutes.
- Remove sweet potatoes from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is golden and just melted, about 3 minutes.
- Top with more parmesan cheese and sliced scallion. Enjoy hot with more BBQ Coco Aminos for dipping!
