Soy-Free Teriyaki Shrimp
Ingredients
1 pound
shrimp, shelled and deveined
½ cup
Big Tree Farms Organic Coco Aminos
¼ cup
Big Tree Farms Organic Coconut Sugar
¼ cup
apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
ginger, minced
1 clove
garlic, minced
¼ tsp
chili flakes
1 pound
shrimp, shelled and deveined

¼ cup
apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
ginger, minced

Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except shrimp. Set aside half of mixture and add shrimp to the other half.
- Let shrimp marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water 15 minutes prior to grilling.
- Add shrimp to skewers and grill over high heat 4 minutes per side.
- While shrimp cook, simmer your non-marinade half of the sauce for 10 minutes or until it reduces by half to a glaze-like consistency.
- Remove skewers from grill and brush shrimp with glaze. Serve immediately while hot!
