Cantonese Steamed Fish
Ingredients
White fish (preferably cod or sea bass)
Big Tree Farms Organic Original Coco Aminos
fresh ginger
fresh garlic
scallions
cilantro (optional)
sesame oil
neutral oil (avocado oil recommended)

Directions
- Slice up all aromatics (scallions, ginger, garlic, cilantro)
- In a small pan, heat up some oil & toss in your aromatics for about 4-5 minutes (until fragrant) then set aside
- Take your fillets of fish and pat them dry with a paper towel
- Steam fish in a traditional steamer for about 6 minutes (can also add water to a pan with an elevated plate & cover if you don’t have a steamer)
- In separate bowl, assemble sauce (coconut aminos, pinch of salt, sugar, water & sesame oil)
- Once fish is cooked, plate with some white rice & pour the sauce over everything adding cooked aromatics on top of the fish
