Naughty Bali BBQ Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

4-6 (2-3 each)white and/or orange sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp Big Tree Farms Organic Coco Aminos
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp granulated garlic
½ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
½ cup sliced scallion, for garnish

3 tbsp Naughty Bali BBQ sauce for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. On a parchment lined baking sheet, toss sweet potato wedges with avocado oil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Coco Aminos, chili powder, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, and sea salt. Drizzle over sweet potato wedges and toss to coat.
  3. Roast until tender and slightly charred, flipping hallway through, about 30-35 minutes.
  4. Remove sweet potatoes from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is golden and just melted, about 3 minutes.
  5. Top with more parmesan cheese and sliced scallion. Enjoy hot with your choice of Not So Naughty Bali BBQ, Original Naughty or Oh So Naughty Bali BBQ for dipping!
