Loaded Bulgogi Kimchi Fries

Ingredients

Bulgogi Marinade

  • 1/3 small yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup Big Tree Farms Organic Original Coco Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Big Tree Farms ROC Brown Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
Fries
  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
Toppings
  • Bulgogi
  • shredded cheese
  • chopped kimchi
  • jalapeño slices
  • chopped green onion
  • Okonomiyaki sauce
  • Japanese mayo

Directions

Bulgogi:

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the bulgogi marinade and marinate the beef for 30 mins.
  2. 2.Heat up a pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Cook the bulgogi for around 10mins. Remove bulgogi from the pan and set aside

Fries:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. 2.Peel the potatoes and chop them into sticks, or however you want your fries to be. Place in alarge mixing bowl and add in the salt & pepper, garlic powder and oil. Mix it all together untilyou manage to get each potato stick covered with the mixture
  3. Place in the air fryer basket (I amusing instant pot’s instant vortex plus air fryer oven) and air fry for 20 minutes. You can also fry this using the traditional frying method.

Assembling:

  1. Top off the fries with cheese, bulgogi, kimchi, jalapeño, and green onion.
  2. 2.Drizzle on okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayo. Enjoy
