These long spring-almost-summer nights are the perfect time to fire up the grill and whip up delicious salads tossed in incredible Whole30 vinaigrettes. This fast and easy shrimp salad offers a great combination of flavors from the sweet and savory coco aminos, to the refreshing fresh orange juice and zest, and the cleansing cardamom.
Use shrimp with the tail-on or off and begin enjoying the flavors of summer!
1 to 1.5 lbs. of wild-caught shrimp (tail-on or tail-off is fine)
2 Tbs. of coconut oil or ghee
2 medium heads of romaine lettuce, chopped

1 medium garlic clove, peeled and minced
Juice & zest from ½ orange
½ tsp. of sea salt
¼ tsp. of white pepper
½ tsp. of ground cardamom
¼ cup of fresh cilantro, leaves torn
